Refund policy
Please review our policy carefully before placing your order. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Due to the nature of our products, including custom and made to order items, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at admin@rancherhatbar.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist as needed.
Non Returnable Items
All items are considered non returnable and non exchangeable, including but not limited to:
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn or used items
Shipping Issues
Rancher Hat Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery related issues.
